Tea Tree Oil
The antimicrobial properties of tea tree oil help in healing many skin conditions. To get rid of a boil overnight, apply a drop of tea tree oil on the boil. If you find it too harsh, you can mix with almond oil and apply. You might feel a minor burning sensation but that’s normal so don’t worry. But yes, if you feel more than stinging sensation then do not apply again as you may be allergic to tea tree oil.
Neem or Indian lilac is another effective remedy. There are two ways by which you can use neem for boils:
i) Boil neem leaves in water until 1/3rd of the water remains. Once the liquid is cooled down, strain it and take a cotton swab to apply the mixture as lotion on the boils. You can do it as many times as you feel like.
ii) Mix neem leaves with one teaspoon of turmeric powder and add a tablespoon of water in it. To make a paste out of it, use Mortar and Pestle set. Apply the paste on the infected part. Actually, turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties turn out to handy while dealing with boils or carbuncles.
Like Tea tree oil, castor oil is also useful for curing boil on the skin. It is kind of gentler than tea tree oil and so you can apply it directly on the affected part. Repeat the process several times a day for a better outcome.

Vitamin A is helpful in boosting our immune system and Vitamin E helps maintain a healthy epidermis layer. Hence, consuming vitamin-rich foods like spinach, broccoli, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and grapefruits may help you in treating boils better.
Epsom salt is best known as an astringent that clears out the pus from the boil. Either you can take Epsom salt bath for about twenty minutes or you can add ¼ cup of Epsom salt into two cups of water and use the liquid as a warm compress.
Onion is loaded with antiseptic properties that help in treating boils effectively. All you need to cut the onion into slices and apply a slice on the boil. Allow it to stay using medical tape. Change the dressing i.e. onion slice every few hours. It is said that the heat of onion cures boils quickly.
Milk is a traditional method to cure boils. Take one cup of milk and 3 teaspoons of salt and heat them together. Stir well. Also, to make a thick paste add flour in the mixture. After the boiling is done, apply the mixture directly on the boil. Do this a few times in a day for faster results.
